We want getting your new rug to be easy and fuss-free. Here’s how delivery works:
Delivery timeframe: Rugs listed as in stock are dispatched from our wholesaler and typically arrive within up to 10 working days.
Free local delivery: Delivery is free within 30km of Gerrand Floorings, 123 Hewletts Road, Tauranga.
Outside our local area: A delivery fee applies for addresses beyond 30km. We’ll confirm the cost with you before your order is shipped.
Click & Collect: You’re welcome to choose Click & Collect. Because rugs come from our wholesaler, we’ll let you know as soon as your rug arrives in-store and is ready to pick up.
