palm vista showhome
There’s a quiet confidence to Harwood Homes’ latest showhome, Palm Vista. Designed by Idea Architecture, with interiors by Twill Interiors, the result is a home that feels resolved from every angle.
From the moment you step inside, the interiors feel relaxed and considered. Thoughtfully layered with clean architectural lines, soft natural light, and a palette that leans into warmth and texture, perfectly suited to its coastal setting.
a home that evolves
Palm Vista is designed to evolve with the way people live - adaptable spaces that shift over time. The flooring anchors the home, bringing continuity as everything else moves around it.
Hard Flooring: Creative Floorings’ Euro Series in a custom Pumice tone, a bespoke colour.
A herringbone parquet floor runs through the main living areas, Soft, neutral, and quietly elevated, it introduces movement and detail, anchoring the interior, bringing cohesion and depth to the space.
Underfoot, the timber oil finish adds depth and tactility. It feels natural and lived-in with a surface that will continue to develop character over time.
As you move into the resting spaces, the tone shifts subtly. Natural fabrics and wool carpet bring warmth and softness underfoot, while the rhythmic texture feels understated, tactile and quietly refined.
Bremworth Samurai in colour Rinen grounds these spaces with a beautifully tactile finish, reinforcing their calm and restful feel.
In the garage, Belgotex Grand Prix in Anthracite Charcoal, a durable, practical solution ensures additional warmth and a functional space.Visit Palm Vista yourself at 42 Forstera Way, Palm Springs, Papamoa - and experience this stunning new showhome.
